现象:榆林一用户于2007年4月购买了一台东风大力神DFL3250A1型水泥搅拌车。运行两个月(5000km)因前轮胎破损修补后,即出现一踩刹车前轮就立即摆抖的现象,用户重新更换轮胎后前轮依然摆抖。运行4个月
Phenomenon: a user in Yulin in April 2007 purchased a DFL3250A1 Dongfeng Hercules cement mixer.
