湖南省资兴矿务局煤电焦化总厂于1958年7月建成投产。九十年代以来,为了适应市场经济发展的需要,我们制定了“总体规划、分步实施”的战略目标,一边生产,一边开展了较大规模的技术改造和扩大生产规模的改扩工作,几年来累计完成基建投资2900万元,使我厂由过去单一的洗煤生产变为集洗煤、炼焦于一体的综合性煤炭加工企业,经济效益显著提高。1990年至1993年四年间,我厂在消化各种增支因素3000多万元的情况下,仍为国家创利税3272万元,相当于前三十三年的利 The Zixing Coal Mining Coking Plant of Hunan Province was completed and put into operation in July 1958. During the four years from 1990 to 1993, our factory still digested various over-increase factors of more than 30 million yuan, still generating a national profit tax of 32.72 million yuan, equivalent to the profits of the previous 33 years.
