我厂从东德进口的BFP-200落地镗床床身重2.50吨,座落在有两条滑动面的六米长下滑座上,由于承压大,润滑不良(原设计用40号机械油),床身移动困难,经常产生胶合拉伤和爬行现象,由于拉伤严重,不得不在滑座上镶上一块长1.2米,宽40毫米的键使用,影响了机床的正常生产,降低了加工精度。六五年底大修时决定改用MoS_2重型机床油膏作润滑剂,为此,我们相应地对机床其它部位也进行了改进,将上滑座(铸铁)刨去拉伤的部分用环氧树脂胶结一层5毫米
