肾脏肥大、高滤过是糖尿病肾病 (DN)早期的病理生理基础 ,采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素 (STZ)复制糖尿病 (DM)大鼠模型 ,研究止消通脉宁对DM大鼠肾脏肥大和高滤过的治疗作用 ,及一氧化氮 (NO)和内皮素 (ET)含量变化规律在DM早期肾脏肥大、高滤过率形成过程中的意义。结果提示 :DM早期肾脏NO产生增加可能是肾小球高滤过形成的重要因素 ,而止消通脉宁可以通过抑制NO合成而控制高滤过的形成
Renal hypertrophy and hyperfiltration are the early pathophysiological basis of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Diabetic (DM) rat model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) to study the effect of Zhixiao Tongmaining on renal hypertrophy in DM rats. The role of high-filtration treatment, and the changes of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) levels in the early stages of DM in the development of renal hypertrophy and high filtration rate. The results suggest that the increase of NO production in the early kidney of DM may be an important factor in the formation of glomerular hyperfiltration, and Zhixiao Tongmaining can control the formation of high filtration by inhibiting NO synthesis.
