目的 :本研究使用胆碱能阻断剂探讨梭曼引起降温作用的胆碱能途径。方法 :用数字体温计测量大鼠的结肠温度 ,每次间隔 60min ,观察了外周性毒蕈碱阻断剂甲基东莨菪碱和中枢性毒蕈碱阻断剂东莨菪碱对梭曼引起大鼠降温效应的影响。结果 :皮下注射梭曼 (60 μg·kg- 1)后可引起体温快速的降低 ,腹腔注射东莨菪碱 (1mg·kg- 1)可明显阻断梭曼的降温作用 ,注射甲基东莨菪碱 (1mg·kg- 1)对其降温作用无明显影响。结论 :实验结果表明 ,梭曼引起的降温作用主要是通过中枢毒蕈碱型胆碱能通路所致
OBJECTIVE: In this study, cholinergic blockers were used to explore the cholinergic pathway by which soman caused the cooling effect. Methods: The colonic temperature of rats was measured with a digital thermometer. The effects of the peripheral muscarinic blockers methyl scopolamine and the central muscarinic blocker scopolamine on soman-induced cooling effect were observed at intervals of 60 min. . RESULTS: Subcutaneous injection of soman (60 μg · kg -1) caused a rapid decrease in body temperature. Intraperitoneal injection of scopolamine (1 mg · kg -1) significantly blocked soman’s cooling effect. Methyl scopolamine (1 mg · kg -1 - 1) no significant effect on its cooling effect. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the cooling effect caused by soman is mainly caused by the central muscarinic cholinergic pathway
