以水－乙腈－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸（９０９∶８０∶１０∶１）为流动相，采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定重组人白细胞介素－Ⅱ中的氨苄青霉素残留量。线性范围０．０９～０．９３μｇ／ｍｌ，最低检出限０．０９μｇ／ｍｌ。方法灵敏，重现性好，操作简便。
The residual amount of ampicillin in recombinant human interleukin-Ⅱ was determined by HPLC with water-acetonitrile-1 mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-1 mol / L acetic acid (909: 80: 10: 1) as mobile phase. The linear range of 0.09 ~ 0.93μg / ml, the minimum detection limit of 0.09μg / ml. Method sensitive, reproducible, easy to operate.
