1.关于30吨机械秤实行自动显示及打印技术的立题说明我厂30吨机械秤于1981年安装投产,是一老式机械秤,长期以来靠人工计量和人工记录,时有差错出现或短斤少两或外发超重。根据该秤这几年的应用及所暴露的不足,并经公司同意于1988年立项改造。 2.初步设计将原机械秤的分平重点联结环去掉,增加二个联接吊钩,中间加一个电阻应变式拉力传感器(见图1)。
