结合成都地铁4号线工程资料,并采用一种新的计算模型对接头刚度折减后的管片环内力进行分析。得到以下结论:管片接头刚度大小对管片环的变形、内力均有影响,对轴力几乎无影响;管片环的最大位移、正负弯矩分别出现在拱顶、上下拱部45°处附近、拱底位置,最大剪力随刚度折减系数k的减小逐步下移至接近拱底处;设计中需考虑管片接头处的抗剪弯刚度对管片环的受力影响,可不考虑抗拉压刚度;工程中管片接头k的合理取值区间为10-1.36~10-0.87,且在该范围内,管片环弯曲刚度有效率η与-lg k近似呈线性关系。
Combined with the engineering data of Chengdu Metro Line 4, a new calculation model was used to analyze the internal force of the ring after the joint stiffness was reduced. The reasonable value interval of the pipe joint k in the project is 10-1.36-10-0.87. Within this range, the effective stiffness η of the segment ring bending stiffness is approximately linear with -lg k.
