膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）是年龄相关的退行性骨关节疾病，主要症状为关节疼痛及屈伸不利。有关KOA的传统治疗手段效果欠佳，玻璃酸钠是一种高分子多糖体生物材料，近年来较多应用于KOA的治疗。有关玻璃酸钠治疗KOA进行了大量研究，但缺乏相关总结综述。该文就近年来国内外玻璃酸钠治疗KOA的机制、方法、有效性及安全性研究予以综述，为膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗KOA提供科学依据。“,”Knee osteoarthritis ( KOA) is an age-related degenerative joint disease,the main symptoms are joint pain and inconvenient flexion.Conventional treatment for KOA has poor effect.Sodium hyaluronate is a kind of macromolecular polysaccharide biological materials,and has been used in the treatment for KOA in recent years.There has been a lot of research on sodium hyaluronate in treating KOA , without much of related reviews.Here is to make a review of the mechanism,method,efficacy and safety of sodium hyaluronate in treating KOA in recent years worldwide,in order to provide scientific basis for the injection of sodium hya-luronate into knee joint cavity to treat KOA.
