多样的建筑类型新西兰的住宅主要分成高层公寓、中密度集合式住宅、毗邻住宅和独立住宅。高层公寓集中在奥克兰和惠灵顿等大城市,其中奥克兰的高层公寓主要分布在中央城区,寸土寸金的中心区地价决定了这里是商务写字楼、商务公寓的聚集地,建筑均为高层带底商。居住用公寓面积通常为60平方米至100平方米,单价甚至高于郊区的独立住宅,此外还要支付昂贵的物业管理费。公寓地下一般附带停车位,价格一般在一两万新西兰元(1新西兰元约等于5.9人民币元)以上,有些只租不售。
Diverse Types of Buildings New Zealand’s homes are divided into high-rise, medium-density condominiums, adjacent to residential and detached homes. High-rise apartments are concentrated in major cities such as Auckland and Wellington. High-rise apartments in Auckland are mainly located in the downtown area. The price of land in the center of the area determines the commercial office building and commercial apartment complex. Residential apartments are typically 60 square meters to 100 square meters, priced higher than independent suburbs, in addition to paying expensive property management fees. Apartment usually attached parking spaces underground, the price is generally 120,000 New Zealand dollars (1 New Zealand dollar equivalent to about 5.9 yuan) above, and some only rent not for sale.
