研究了成份和退火条件对真空熔炼的,铌处理的低碳钢屈服行为的影响。添加的铌导致稳定作用,也就是说,免除在再结晶条件下不均匀的屈服或吕德应变。稳定作用是铌的作用,铌能生成碳化物,这样就把固溶体中的碳含量降到极低。氮通过形成 AlN 优先从固溶体中除去。结果可用来估计碳化铌在铁素体中的溶度积。达到稳定性所需要的铌的量是总的碳含量和退火温度的函数。
The influence of composition and annealing conditions on the yield behavior of vacuum melted and niobium treated mild steel was investigated. The addition of niobium results in a stabilizing effect, that is to say, an inhomogeneous yield or Luer strain at recrystallization is avoided. The stabilizing effect is the effect of niobium, which produces carbides, thus reducing the carbon content of the solid solution to very low levels. Nitrogen is preferentially removed from the solid solution by forming AlN. The results can be used to estimate the solubility product of niobium carbide in ferrite. The amount of niobium needed to achieve stability is a function of the total carbon content and annealing temperature.
