在强调构建和谐社会的今天,研究和谐群际关系背后的心理机制日趋重要。已有研究表明共情启动能有效提高个体的帮助意愿,而身份操控能调节个体的共情水平。本研究以200名回族大学生为被试,通过共情启动和身份操控,考察被试对汉族个体的共情指数与帮助意愿。结果发现,相较于启动回族人身份,启动中国人身份使回族被试对汉族人的共情指数和帮助意向都有所升高。本研究对促进民族和谐具有指导意义。一、引言关于群际共情与群际亲社会行为之间的关系,在国外已
In emphasizing the construction of a harmonious society today, the psychological mechanism behind the study of harmonious intergroup relations is becoming more and more important. Studies have shown that empathy can effectively improve the individual’s willingness to help, and identity manipulation can regulate the empathy level of individuals. In this study, 200 Hui college students were used as subjects to investigate the empathy index and willingness to help each Han individual through empathy and identity control. The results showed that, compared with the initiation of Hui nationality, the initiation of Chinese identity made Hui people’s empathy index and helping intention increased.
