目的调查了解两种细菌共同引起食物中毒的流行病学特点及中毒原因,为控制中毒事件的再次发生和今后卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法依据中华人民共和国国家标准《食品卫生检验方法》微生物部分(GB/T4789-2003)进行。结果通过对中毒家中剩余8份食物和中毒者呕吐物、粪便检验,此次食物中毒是由奇异变形杆菌和致病性大肠杆菌所引起。结论此次食物中毒揭示农村食品卫生管理还存在一定的问题,应加强农村食品卫生管理工作,尤其要加强农村红白喜事的食品卫生管理。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of poisoning caused by two kinds of bacteria and the causes of poisoning in order to provide a scientific basis for controlling the recurrence of poisoning and the future supervision and management of hygiene. Method According to the People’s Republic of China National Standard “Food Hygiene Test Method” microbial part (GB / T4789-2003) carried out. The results of the poisoning at home by the remaining 8 food and poisoning vomit, stool test, the food poisoning caused by Proteus mirabilis and pathogenic E. coli caused. Conclusion The food poisoning reveals that there are still some problems in the management of rural food hygiene. We should strengthen the management of rural food hygiene, especially to strengthen the food hygiene management in the rural areas.
