综合方法治疗小儿腹泻60例分析

目的观察采用综合方法治疗小儿腹泻的效果,提高小儿腹泻治愈率。方法对来我院求医的120例小儿腹泻患儿,采用综合方法治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 120例患儿中痊愈67例、好转(显效+有效)42例,总有效率为95%,治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论综合方法治疗小儿腹泻效果确切,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of treating diarrhea in children by comprehensive method and to improve the cure rate of diarrhea in children. Methods A total of 120 children with pediatric diarrhea who came to our hospital for medical treatment were treated with the integrated method and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results Of the 120 cases, 67 cases were cured, 42 cases improved (effective and effective), the total effective rate was 95%. No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of children with diarrhea has the exact effect and remarkable curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
