近年来,我队对外承包大口径供水井的施工任务日趋增多。大口径供水井一般不要求取心,采用常规圆筒状合金钻头或钢粒钻进,钻速慢,回次进尺短,提钻频繁,劳动强度大,成井周期长。因此,根据大口径供水井的施工特点及我队的设备技术现状,今年试用了牙轮钻头钻进,与同类型地层钢粒钻进相比,获得了较好的经济效益。
In recent years, our team contracting large-diameter water supply wells construction tasks are increasing. Large-diameter water supply wells generally do not require coring, the use of conventional cylindrical alloy drill or steel drilling, slow drilling speed, back into the footage is short, frequent drilling, labor-intensive, long well into the well. Therefore, according to the construction characteristics of large-diameter water supply wells and the status quo of our team’s equipment and technology, the trial of roller cone bit drilling this year has achieved good economic benefits compared with the drilling of the same type of formation.
