基于多齿刀具切削及高温固相烧结铜纤维技术制备具有三维网状结构的多孔金属纤维烧结毡(PMFSS)。通过单向拉伸试验研究纤维长度及自然时效处理对PMFSS拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:增大纤维长度有利于提高PMFSS的拉伸强度;选用15 mm中等纤维长度有利于PMFSS获得最优的伸长率,可达到13.5%。经1个月的自然时效处理后,PMFSS的拉伸强度都出现明显下降,但除5 mm短纤维PMFSS的伸长率明显提高,其他PMFSS伸长率基本保持不变。同时,还对PMFSS的断裂形式进行表征与分析。
Porous metal fiber sintered felts (PMFSS) with three-dimensional network structure were prepared based on multi-tooth cutting and high temperature solid state sintering copper fiber technology. The influence of fiber length and natural aging treatment on tensile properties of PMFSS was studied by uniaxial tensile test. The results show that increasing the fiber length is beneficial to increase the tensile strength of PMFSS. Selecting a medium fiber length of 15 mm favors the optimum elongation of PMFSS to 13.5%. After one month of natural aging treatment, the tensile strength of PMFSS decreased obviously, but the elongation of PMFSS except 5 mm staple fiber increased obviously while the elongation of other PMFSS remained unchanged. At the same time, the fracture patterns of PMFSS were also characterized and analyzed.
