2002年度新疆生产建设兵团会计学术研讨会于2002年11月14日至15日在乌鲁木齐市举行。参加会议的有新疆兵团各师财务局长和提交论文的作者共60余人。兵团财务局党组书记、局长赵大法,兵团财务局副局长、新疆农垦会计学会会长汤华辉,新疆农垦会计学会副会长、秘书长、顾问等负责同志,《新疆农垦财会》编辑部及兵团财务局有关同志出席了会议。会议由汤华辉同志主持。会上收到兵团各单位选送的158篇会计学术论文,有30名作者大会上宣读了论文。与会代表就新世纪新阶段我国社会经济发展及兵团财务制度改革,各抒己见,畅谈了自己在工作实践中的体会与理论上的探讨,并进行了热烈的讨论。
The 2002 Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Accounting Academic Symposium was held in Urumqi from November 14 to 15, 2002. More than 60 people attended the meeting, including chief financial officers of Xinjiang Corps and authors of their papers. Corps Finance Bureau Party Secretary, Director Zhao Dafa, Corps Finance Bureau deputy director, accounting director of Xinjiang Land Reclamation Tang Huahui, Xinjiang Land Reclamation Accounting Association vice president, secretary, adviser and other responsible comrades, “Xinjiang Land Reclamation Accounting” editorial department and Corps Finance The relevant comrades attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Tang Hua-hui. At the conference, 158 accounting academic papers were sent to all the units of the Corps, and 30 papers were read at the conference. The delegates expressed their opinions on the social and economic development and the reform of the Corps financial system in the new phase of the new century. They talked about their own experiences and theoretical discussions in their work practices and held heated discussions.
