1.前言自从发生能源危机以来,在采取措施以节省资源的情况下,无论是什么机械都必须最低限度地减少功率损失,以求最经济地利用能量。对于油泵来说,在满足油压动作所需压力和所需流量的前提下,功率消耗最小的是变量泵。在变量泵中,我们就输入功率问题,拿变量叶片泵跟定量叶片泵作比较,来加以阐述。当然,这种变量叶片泵也与其它油压机械一样,迫切要求实现高压化。但是,由于存在轴承所受径向力不平衡和定子需要移动等各种原因,带来了泵本身的寿命及噪音等问题,因此,要实现高压化就变得十分困难。一般,常用压力是70公斤/厘米~2,但是,目前市场上也已出现了瞬时最高压力达到140公斤/厘米~2,带用压力为105公斤/厘米~2的变量叶片泵。
1.
