本文通过大量试验研究,建立了铣削切入角、铣刀几何角度与刀片切入破损之间的规律。同时推导出了九种切入类型的精确计算公式,修正了M·Kronenberg的公式。并对九种切入类型的刀片破损问题分成两种情况进行了探讨:一是当切入角不变而改变刀具角度时,刀片的破损主要是通过冲击力相对于刀片的作用方向改变而引起;二是当刀具几何角度不变而仅改变切入角时,刀片的破损是通过改变冲击力相对于刀片的作用点和冲击时间而引起。作者在试验的基础上推荐了几种合理的切入类型,对于研究铣刀破损、设计铣刀都具有重要意义。
In this paper, a large number of experimental studies have established the law of milling entry angle, milling cutter geometric angle and insert cutting damage. At the same time, nine exact exact formulas for the cut-in type are derived and the formulas of M. Kronenberg are modified. And the nine kinds of cutting into the type of blade breakage problems are divided into two situations were discussed: First, when the cutting angle remains the same and change the tool angle, the blade damage is mainly caused by the impact of the blade relative to the direction of change caused by; When the geometry of the tool does not change but only changes the entry angle, the damage of the blade is caused by changing the point of impact and the impact time of the impact with respect to the blade.
