在对国内外大量资料调研基础上,基于理论和实验资料,研究了层内水平主应力差异系数、层间最小水平主应力差、岩石力学参数、煤岩内部破裂压力差异系数以及岩层界面性质对水力裂缝形成和扩展的影响。根据矿场压裂和生产资料,分析了地应力条件、压裂技术、施工液量、加砂量、压裂液体系、压裂射孔井段和二次压裂技术对产量的影响。通过优化,提出了鄂尔多斯盆地东南缘韩城矿区合理的压裂技术方法和参数,实际应用中取得了比较好的效果。研究成果为我国中高阶煤储层压裂技术的实施提供了理论依据和参考指标。

According to the fracturing and production data of mines, the effects of geostress, fracturing technology, construction fluid volume, sand loading, fracturing fluid system, fracturing perforating section and secondary fracturing technology on yield were analyzed. Through optimization, reasonable fracturing techniques and parameters of Hancheng mining area in the southeast margin of Ordos Basin are proposed, and good results have been obtained in practice. The research results provide theoretical basis and reference index for the implementation of middle and high rank coal reservoir fracturing technology in our country.
