There are few studies on the kinematics of the human condyle in opening and closing. According to the rotational swing model proposed by Osborn (1989, 1993), the condyles of the open phase cling to articular nodules and the motor tract is more stable. In this paper, with 6 degrees of freedom OKAS-3D-type mandibular movement of the electro-optical recording device on the open and close the condylar movement center of the movement trajectory study to confirm whether the conclusions of the model hypotheses are correct. Materials and Methods 20 subjects, half male and half female with an average age of 22 years, with no occlusion and temporomandibular joint disease, recorded the spatial and positional coordinates of the upper jaw and the lower jaw with the OKAS-3D photoelectric recorder.
