2015年9月20号,黑龙江省地方志书与年鉴编纂业务培训班在哈尔滨市召开。省(中)直、各市(地)、县(市)志书、年鉴编纂人员共185人参加会议。省志办副主任袁建勋出席会议并讲话,会议邀请哈尔滨市地方志办公室原巡视员宋洪军、大庆市地方志办公室副主任韩玉玲分别就志书和年鉴编纂业务进行授课。袁建勋首先传达了中指办学习贯彻《全国地方志事业发展规划纲要(2015-2020年》(以
September 20, 2015, Heilongjiang Province, local history books and annual compilation of business training course was held in Harbin. A total of 185 people from provincial (middle), municipalities (prefectures), counties (cities), and yearbook compilers attended the meeting. Yuan Jianxun, deputy director of Provincial Chi Office, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Song Hongjun, the former inspector of local history office of Harbin City, and Han Yuling, deputy director of local history office of Daqing City were invited to give lectures respectively on the business of compiling and announcing the annual book. Yuan Jianxun first conveyed the implementation of the “Guidelines for the Development of National Local Records Industry Development Plan (2015-2020)”
