在如今这个全球化的交往环境中,随着历史车轮的不断加速向前,在文化交往的范畴中,文化软实力的本质得到体现。随着各民族之间交往范围的不断扩大,交往领域不断加深,民族文化本质的不断碰撞,导致民族文化遭遇危机,与此同时,文化软实力的概念被提出。在交往中形成的文化软实力,自然要在交往中发展,同时成为文化交往的动力与现实路径。因此,大力推进文化软实力建设,形成“一体两翼”的发展格局在文化发展中既是经典的传承,又是对外来因素的吸收利用。
In today’s globalized environment of interaction, as the wheel of history accelerates, the essence of cultural soft power is reflected in the category of cultural exchanges. As the scope of exchanges between various ethnic groups continues to deepen, the field of interaction deepens and the ongoing collision of the essence of national culture leads to the crisis of national culture. At the same time, the concept of cultural soft power has been proposed. The cultural soft power formed in the exchange will naturally develop in communication and at the same time be the driving force and the realistic path of cultural exchanges. Therefore, to vigorously promote the construction of cultural soft power and form a “one body with two wings” development pattern in the cultural development is not only a classic inheritance, but also the absorption and utilization of external factors.
