目的:了解桂林市学龄前儿童生长发育情况及动态变化。方法:选择1986以来儿保科每年5月份到所管辖本地段幼儿园进行儿童体格检查资料进行统计分析。结果:桂林市1986~1998年的12年里,体重、身高不同年份的同龄儿童相比较,有逐年增高的趋势。头围、胸围发育比较均衡。结论:桂林市学龄前儿童体格生长进入一个增长时期。但与WHO推荐值比较仍处于一个低水平状态。
Objective: To understand the growth and dynamic changes of preschool children in Guilin. Methods: Since 1986, children’s physical examination data from kindergartens in kindergartens under the jurisdiction of each district have been analyzed statistically since May of each year. Results: Compared with children of the same age in different years of weight and height in Guilin from 1986 to 1998, there was a trend of increasing year by year. Head circumference, chest circumference is more balanced. Conclusion: The physical growth of preschool children in Guilin has entered a period of growth. However, the WHO recommendation is still at a low level compared with the WHO recommendation.
