以栽培管理基本相同的库尔勒香梨梨树枝条为试材,检测了不同冻害程度下,11组库尔勒香梨枝条超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,研究冻害程度对抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:不同冻害程度下库尔勒香梨枝条的SOD活性为458.59~589.72U/g,POD活性为2.28~11.56U·g-1·min-1,CAT活性为0.50~4.93U·g-1·min-1;与无冻害的对照组相比受冻后的枝条SOD活性均有显著性升高,POD与CAT活性受冻前与受冻后无显著性差异变化。
The cultivation of Korla pear pear branches with the same management as the test material, the degree of frost damage detected 11 groups of Korla fragrant pear branches superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) activity, the degree of frost damage on the antioxidant enzyme activity. The results showed that the SOD activity of Korla fragrant pear branches was 458.59 ~ 589.72U / g, POD activity was 2.28 ~ 11.56U · g-1 · min-1 and CAT activity was 0.50 ~ 4.93U · g-1 · min-1. Compared with the control group without freezing injury, the SOD activity of frozen branches increased significantly. The activities of POD and CAT did not change significantly before and after freezing.
