“信息追逃”的典型案例信息比对查获内蒙古网上逃犯隋法宏犯罪嫌疑人隋法宏,男,1957年5月31日生,户籍地为辽宁省瓦房店市,案发前系大连市旭成集团公司员工。隋法宏于1998年6月,利用在大连旭成集团工作的便利,在公司法人代表不知情的情况下,私自持旭成集团法人代表的授权委托书,与内蒙古霍煤供销有限公司签订《煤炭销售协议书》,诈骗该公司5364吨煤炭(价值6277.534元)后外逃,2002年8月被内蒙古霍林郭勒市公安局上网。 2002年11月13日,黑龙江省七台河市桃山区公安分局刑警大队民警在将全市手机用户信息与全国在逃人员信息库进行比对时发现,内蒙古霍林郭勒市公安局的网上在逃人员隋法宏于2002年8月在七台河市申请了号码为1394653××××
