为了解短光敏核不育水稻系D38S开花习性及异交特性,探究其应用潜力,加速其应用进程,通过在江西宜春、海南三亚分期播种,对D38S的开花习性及异交特性进行了研究。结果表明:江西宜春可育期花时集中,开花历期短,但由于极端高温导致自交结实率只有10.2%;江西宜春不育期开花历期长(20.7 d)、开花分散且开花率低(仅为39.60%)、柱头外露率低(9.57%),异交结实率仅8.6%,开花习性和异交性能差;在海南三亚开花历期为9 d左右,柱头外露率达56%以上,异交结实率高于20%。温度对D38S的开花习性及异交性能影响显著,可合理利用海南春季气候对D38S进行制种。
In order to understand the flowering and outcrossing characteristics of short sensitive genie male sterile rice line D38S, the potential application and the application process of D38S were explored. The flowering and outcrossing characteristics of D38S were studied by sowing in Yichun and Sanya, Jiangxi Province. The results showed that the fertile period of Yichun was concentrated and the flowering period was short, but the self-fertility rate was only 10.2% due to the extremely high temperature. The flowering period of Yichun during the sterile period was long (20.7 days) (Only 39.60%), stigma exsertion rate (9.57%), outcrossing rate was only 8.6%, flowering habit and heterogamy were poor. In flowering period of Hainan Sanya was about 9 days, stigma exsertion rate was over 56% , Outcrossing rate is higher than 20%. Temperature had significant influence on the flowering and cross-breeding performance of D38S, and the D38S could be used for seed production reasonably in Hainan spring climate.
