用普通生物电放大器检测体表窦房结电图,发现T波较小时,P前波清晰,T波较大并下冲超过基线时,P前波受耦合电容器充放电的影响而难以辨认。移动背部电极后部分受检者T波减小,此影响基本消除,部分受检者则不能消除。模拟实验证实耦合电容器充放电伪差由高大T波引起。建议研制专用仪器,彻底消除由普通生物电放大器所引起的记录伪差。食道窦房结电图因受多种因素干扰较难记录成功。
Using the normal bioelectricity amplifier to detect the surface sino-atrial node electrogram, it was found that when the T wave is smaller, the P wave is clear, the T wave is larger and the down-pulse goes beyond the baseline, the P wave is hard to be recognized by the coupling capacitor’s charge and discharge. After moving the back electrode part of the T-wave decreased, the impact of the basic elimination, some subjects can not be eliminated. Simulation experiments confirm that the coupling capacitor charge and discharge artifacts caused by the high T wave. It is recommended to develop special instruments to completely eliminate the recording artifacts caused by ordinary bioelectric amplifiers. Esophageal sinus node electrocardiogram due to interference by many factors more difficult to record success.
