橡胶沥青具有良好的路用性能,但胶粉生产过程的高能耗和橡胶沥青的质量不稳定等问题,成为影响施工成本和质量的主要因素。本文提出了一种新的生产橡胶沥青的方法,相对于以往的生产方法,可不经过胶粉的制备过程,直接将大的废胎橡胶块投入反应釜中,在热能、化学能和机械能的共同作用下,不仅得到了性能指标稳定的橡胶沥青,而且整个过程节能环保。对产品的生产工艺条件进行了探索,得到了最优化的工艺条件,并对比分析了产品的性能指标。
Rubber asphalt has good road performance, but the rubber powder production process of high energy consumption and rubber asphalt quality instability and other issues have become the main factor affecting the construction cost and quality. In this paper, a new method of producing rubber asphalt is proposed. Compared with the previous production methods, large waste rubber blocks can be directly put into a reaction vessel without the preparation process of the rubber powder. In the common of thermal energy, chemical energy and mechanical energy, Under the action, not only got the stable performance of rubber asphalt, but also the whole process of energy saving and environmental protection. The production process conditions were explored, the optimal process conditions were obtained, and the performance indexes of the products were compared and analyzed.
