以参加甘蔗品种比较试验的6个甘蔗品种为材料,通过测定甘蔗伸长期和成熟初期的光合特性及收获期的甘蔗品质性状的表征值,应用典型相关分析方法分析了甘蔗的光合因子与品质性状间的典型相关性。结果表明,甘蔗伸长期和成熟初期的甘蔗光合作用因子与收获期的甘蔗品质性状因素之间均存在极显著相关关系。伸长期光合作用因子与收获期的甘蔗品质性状间的典型相关性主要由光合作用因子的光合速率、蒸腾速率与品质性状因素的蔗汁蔗糖分、糖汁转光度的相互作用而产生,既有正效应,也有负效应;成熟初期光合作用因子与收获期的甘蔗品质性状间所产生的典型相关性主要由光合作用因子的光合速率、叶绿素a与品质性状因素中的蔗茎蔗糖分、糖汁转光度、蔗汁简纯度和蔗汁重力纯度的相互作用较为密切而引起的。通过分析可知,无论伸长期还是成熟期,甘蔗的光合速率均对收获时甘蔗的品质性状有重大影响,特别是对蔗茎蔗糖分、蔗汁蔗糖分、蔗汁转光度和蔗汁重力纯度的影响。在高产优质的甘蔗品种选育中,应筛选如新台糖22号、柳城03-182、福农28具相似光合因子表征值的品种。
