为了增进中国和俄罗斯地质矿产资源领域深入交流和全面合作,执行中俄“联合双极考察”(青藏高原和俄罗斯北极)协议,应俄罗斯自然资源部副部长、联邦地质矿产署署长列多夫斯基(Anatoly Alekseevich Ledovskikh)的邀请,以国土资源部副部长、中国地质调查局局长汪民为团长的中国国土资源部代表团一行七人,于2010年8月14日至25日前往俄罗斯,参加俄罗斯-中国“远东堪察加半岛-北极地区-贝加尔湖”联合地质考察。
