根据对500名学生从初一到高三六年间的调查统计,在器械体操教学中损伤的发生人次占18%,在中学体育教学项目中居首位。其中单杠占12%,双杠占9.7%,支撑跳跃占7.8%,又居各单项损伤发生人次的前三位。由此可见,在中学器械体操教学中,严重的运动损伤,不仅影响了学生的正常学习生活,且使学生对器械体操项目产生恐惧心理,影响了体育教学的效果。因此,研究器械体操教学中运动损伤的发生特点和预防措施,具有重要的意义。
According to a survey of 500 students from the first year to the third year of a senior high school, 18% of them were injured in instrumental gymnastics teaching and ranked first in the middle school physical education teaching programs. Including horizontal bars accounted for 12%, parallel bars accounted for 9.7%, support jumps accounted for 7.8%, but also the individual damage occurred in the top three. This shows that in the middle school gymnastics teaching, serious sports injuries, not only affects the students’ normal learning life, and make students fear of apparatus gymnastics project, affecting the effect of physical education. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the characteristics and preventive measures of sports injuries in instructor gymnastics teaching.
