黑龙江省以学术型人才为主的体育学硕士研究生培养目标、培养模式和教育体系受到了新的挑战,日益暴露出了体育高层次人才培养模式单一、培养规模有限等突出问题。美国体育学科研究生入学考试以其考试管理主体的民间化,考试内容的能力化,考试对象的国际化、广泛化,考试方式方法的标准化和灵活化等特点值得研究生管理部门研究与借鉴。
In Heilongjiang Province, the training objective, training mode and education system of sports majors mainly based on academic talents have been challenged by new challenges. Some prominent problems such as the single training mode of high-level sports talents and the limited training scale have been exposed. The American Graduate Entrance Examination for Physical Education is worth studying and drawing lessons from the graduate management departments for its non-governmental examination subjects, the ability to test content, the internationalization and extensiveness of test subjects, and the standardization and agility of examination methods and methods.
