一、火灾概要 1986年5月15日,在横滨市K区的一家经营日用杂货商店中堆积的商品起火,将堆积有10m~2的物资全部烧毁,并因火势蔓延而使邻近的车棚及小型汽火被烧。 堆放的物质是分装在塑料袋中石灰质肥料,有土公斤装的100袋,5公斤装的35袋,全部堆放在木垫架上。着火当时,天正在下雨。 失火原因,是由于堆放在货棚的石灰质肥料的塑料袋破损,漏进去的雨水与石灰质肥料反应发热,当温度达到一定时,点燃附近可燃物而起火。
