软科学研究在我国科技、经济和社会的发展过程中,发挥着越来越重要的作用,为我国的经济腾飞,深化体制改革,推进决策民主化、科学化和管理现代化做出了重大贡献。国家软科学归口管理部门——国家科委将制定《国家软科学事业中长期发展纲要》,为更好地加强软科学研究工作的管理与指导,让软科学事业有一个全面、快速的发展。今特将“纲要”全文转载如下,向社会各界征求意见,欢迎对“纲要”进行评议,以使“纲要”更加完善、丰富。请各位将建议或意见寄往本社。
Soft science research plays an increasingly important role in the development of science and technology, economy and society in our country. It has made great contributions to China's economic take-off, deepening of the system reform, promoting democratization of decision-making, science and management of modernization. The State Science and Technology Commission will set forth the “Outline for the Medium and Long-term Development of National Soft Science” in order to better strengthen the management and guidance of soft science research so that there is a comprehensive and rapid development of soft science. This special session of the “Outline” is reproduced as follows to seek advice from all walks of life, welcome comments on the “Outline”, so that the “Outline” more perfect and rich.
