国防计量工作会议于一九八三年十一月二十八日至十二月七日在北京召开。国防科工委邹家华副主任主持了大会,并宣读了中央军委聂荣臻副主席给大会的贺信。聂荣臻副主席明确指出:“科技要发展,计量须先行。”“科学技术发展到今天,可以说,没有计量,寸步难行。计量是现代化建设中一项必不可少的技术基础”。会上,马捷副主任作了《全面规划,统筹安排,努力开创国防科技工业计量工作的新局
National Defense Metering Working Meeting was held in Beijing from November 28 to December 7, 1983. Zou Jiahua, deputy director of the National Defense Commission of Science and Technology, presided over the meeting and read out a letter of congratulation from the vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, Nie Rongzhen. Vice Chairman Nie Rongzhen pointed out clearly: “Science and technology should be developed and measurement must be carried out first.” “Science and technology have reached the present day, and it can be said that there is no measurement and no solution.
