选择中外大学的机械工程专业作为重点研究对象,对其研究生的教育模式(主要包括培养方式、课程设置及教学组织管理等)进行了比较分析,阐述了科研型、教学科研结合型、教学科研生产结合型、工业试验室型等四种研究生培养方式的特色与优势,并评价分析了与上述四种培养方式相对应的课程体系设置、教学组织管理方式;同时结合我国现阶段机械工程专业研究生培养工作的实际,提出了相应的建议及应对策略。
