专业英语是高等学校非英语专业普遍设置的一门涉及不同专业领域的英语教学课程。它是高校英语教学的一个重要组成部分,是培养高素质科技人才的需要。在分析了目前专业英语课程教学面临的现状与存在问题的基础上,根据近年在光电专业英语教学实践的体会和经验,对于专业英语课程的教学改革提出了几点建议。通过政策支持、教材教学方法的改进、课程考核形式的改进等具体措施,达到有效提高专业英语教学的目的。
Professional English is a commonly-established English teaching course in different fields of specialization for non-English majors in colleges and universities. It is an important part of English teaching in colleges and universities, and it is necessary to cultivate high-quality scientific and technological talents. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems in the teaching of professional English curriculum, according to the experience and experience of recent years in the teaching of English in the field of professional optoelectronics, several suggestions are put forward for the teaching reform of the specialized English curriculum.
