确定义齿的早接触点是总义齿或局部义齿调(牙合)的首要依据。临床上常用的方法是:用咬(牙合)兰纸咬(牙合)后,若仅有少数兰点即都是早接触点;若兰点较多时,其印迹较深的总是早接触点。但从临床实践中感到上述特征并非都是早接触点,常会出现误调的现象。笔者在临床实践中采用调磨空心圆点的方法,效果较为满意。
Determine the denture early contact point is the total denture or partial denture transfer (occlusion) the primary basis. Clinically common method is: bite (occlusal) Lan paper bite (occlusal), if only a few blue points that are early contact point; if Lan spots more, its imprinting is always early contact point. But from clinical practice, not all of the above characteristics are early contact point, often appear misjudgment phenomenon. In clinical practice, I use the method of grinding hollow dots, the effect is more satisfactory.
