作者对我国米赛按蚊(Anopheles messeae Fall,1926)进行了有丝分裂染色体核型和异染色质带的研究。发现了性染色体的种内多态现象,并论证了这种多态现象可能是由于结构异染色质在数量和分布上的多态现象引起。结果提示,染色体核型和分带研究在按蚊近似种团的分类中具有一定的价值。
The authors conducted an investigation of mitotic karyotypes and heterochromatin bands in Anopheles messeae Fall (1926). We found the intraspecific polymorphism of sex chromosomes and demonstrated that this polymorphism may be caused by the polymorphism of the number and distribution of structural heterochromatin. The results suggest that chromosome karyotypes and zonation studies have certain value in the classification of anopheles species.
