目的观察不同温度的根管冲洗剂对根管玷污层的清除效果。方法选取3 0颗单直根管离体前牙随机分为3组,每组1 0颗,进行根管预备,冲洗液分别为A组:2 0℃次氯酸钠(N a C l O)+E D T A;B组:常温N a C l O+E D T A。C组:6 0℃N a C l O+E D T A。根管预备过程中使用各组冲洗液冲洗根管,然后沿牙体长轴劈开牙体,并应用扫描电镜对根管中1/3玷污层清除情况进行评估,结果进行统计学分析。结果 C组对玷污层的整体清除效果优于A组、B组,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.0 5);A组与B组对玷污层的清除效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.0 5)。结论 N a C l O的温度是影响根管玷污层清除效果的因素之一,具有最优玷污层清除效果的温度是6 0℃。
Objective To observe the effect of different root canal cleaning agents on the smear of root canal. Methods The anterior teeth were randomly divided into three groups (10 teeth in each group), and the root canal preparation was performed. The irrigating fluid was group A: 20 ℃ sodium achlorate + EDTA Group B: Normal temperature N a C l O + EDTA. Group C: 60 ° C N a C l O + E D T A In the process of root canal preparation, each group of irrigation fluid was used to wash the root canal, and then the tooth was split along the long axis of the tooth. The removal of 1/3 stained layer in the root canal was evaluated by scanning electron microscopy. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The total removal of smear layer in group C was better than those in group A and group B (P <0.0 5). There was no significant difference in the removal of smear layer between group A and group B (P> 0.0 5). Conclusion The temperature of N a C l O is one of the factors that affect the removal efficiency of root canal smear layer. The temperature with the best smear layer removal efficiency is 60 ℃.
