目的 :研究具有钙拮抗作用的中药蝙蝠葛碱对多耐药性的逆转作用。方法 :选用异搏定作阳性对照 ,观察其对多药耐药细胞株K5 6 2 /ADM多药耐药性的逆转作用。结果 :蝙蝠葛碱在非细胞毒性剂量下能使K5 6 2 /ADM对阿霉素的浓度升高 ,但对细胞表面的糖蛋白P - 170却没有影响。结论 :蝙蝠葛碱具有逆转白血病细胞株K5 6 2 /ADM多药耐药性的作用
Objective: To study the reversal of multidrug resistance by dauricine, a traditional Chinese medicine with calcium antagonism. Methods: Verapamil was used as a positive control and its reversal effect on multidrug resistance in multidrug-resistant K562 / ADM cells was observed. Results: Dauricine increased the doxorubicin concentration in K562 / ADM cells at non - cytotoxic doses, but did not affect the cell surface glycoprotein P - 170. Conclusion: Dauricine reverses the multidrug resistance of leukemic K562 / ADM cells
