以动物移植性肿瘤方法对单味中药进行抑瘤作用筛选,已有很多报道。但是对于中药复方的抑瘤作用筛选研究,尚未见报道。根据我国传统经验,中药复方煎剂较单味药分煎后混合服用疗效为佳。因此,我们从1980年7月以来,应用小复方中药制剂进行动物抑瘤实验,以寻找疗效较好的抗癌药物。药物制备 30组中药小复方,皆以水提醇沉法制
The use of animal transplantable tumors for the screening of single herb TCM has been reported. However, there has been no report on the screening of anti-tumor effects of Chinese herbal compound. According to our country’s traditional experience, traditional Chinese medicine compound decoction is better than the single herb after decocting, and the combined effect is better. Therefore, since July 1980, we have used small compound traditional Chinese medicine preparations for animal tumor inhibition experiments to find better anticancer drugs.
