目的:了解我院苯骈二氮类镇静催眠药物的使用情况,促进合理用药。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标对我院使用的苯骈二氮类药物的处方进行调查和分析。结果:平均药物利用指数接近1.00。结论:我院苯骈二氮类镇静催眠药物的使用基本合理。
Objective: To understand the use of benzodiazepines in our hospital to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods: The prescribed daily dose (DDD) and drug use index (DUI) as indicators of the use of benzodiazepines in our hospital prescription for investigation and analysis. Results: The mean drug use index was close to 1.00. Conclusion: The use of benzodiazepine sedative and hypnotic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.
