美国力科公司发布高性能的WaveLink系列差分探头,包括型号D600(7.5GHz带宽)、D300(4GHz带宽)和D200(2.5GHz带宽),其中型号D600,高达7.5GHz带宽,为行业内最高指标。 新的WaveLink系列探头,都结合了一个SiGe前端和可调节双探针间距的技术,可使用户在一个持续可变的方式下设置探针的距离。可配合力科WaveMaster和WavePro系列数字示波器,DDA硬盘驱动分析仪和SDA系列串形数据分析仪使用;也可与许多早先的力科产品兼容使用。
LeCroy unveils the WaveLink family of high-performance differential probes including the D600 (7.5GHz bandwidth), D300 (4GHz bandwidth), and D200 (2.5GHz bandwidth), including the D600 model up to 7.5GHz bandwidth, the highest in the industry. The new WaveLink family of probes combines a SiGe front-end with adjustable dual-probe spacing to allow the user to set the probe’s distance in a continuously variable way. Works with LeCroy WaveMaster and WavePro series digital oscilloscopes, DDA hard disk drive analyzers, and SDA Series String Data Analyzers; it is also compatible with many previous LeCroy products.
