当前信息技术革命主导下的国际分工发展出现了新变化:以国家主导的产业分工向以跨国公司为主导的企业内分工转变,跨国公司一体化战略使国际分工加速向发展中国家扩展,离岸外包成为产业转移的主要形式,国际分工的新趋势将为我国推动产业结构全面升级、提高经济发展质量带来机遇。
Under the guidance of the information technology revolution, there has been a new change in the development of the international division of labor: from a state-led division of labor to an intra-firm division of labor led by a multinational corporation. The strategy of transnational corporations integration has accelerated the expansion of international division of labor to developing countries. Offshore Outsourcing has become the major form of industrial transfer. The new trend of international division of labor will bring opportunities for our country to promote the comprehensive upgrading of industrial structure and improve the quality of economic development.
