近年来,我省以江泽民总书记视察武汉劳动力市场的重要指示为动力,紧紧围绕建立市场导向就业机制、促进城乡就业这一目标,通过统筹规划、分类指导、政策推动、资金扶持、典型引路、评估检查、健全体系、强化服务等一系列措施,国家、省、市三级试点同步组织实施,劳动力市场“三化”建设呈现出点面结合、整体推进、逐步规范的良好局面。目前,44%的县以上地方劳动力市场通过了省级“三化”检查评估,市场导向的就业机制初具雏形,为促进城乡劳动者就业特别是下岗失业人员再就业发挥了重要作用。1999—2000年,全省县以上公共职业介绍机构共办理求职登记
