(Primary Mallgnant Lymphoma of the Gas—tronitestinal Tract简称PMLGL)为一种临床上少见的原发于胃肠壁内淋巴滤泡的恶性肿瘤。
Primary Malignant Lymphoma of the Gastrointestinal Tract (PMLGL) is a clinically rare malignant lymphoid follicle originating in the gastrointestinal wall. In our hospital from 1975 to 1991, there were 3242 cases of gastrointestinal cancers, of which 58 cases were PMLGL, accounting for 2.8% of the gastrointestinal cancer. Diagnosis: Dawson criteria, histopathological typing: basically classified according to international standards. The disease period was divided according to the revised Ann Arbor staging criteria. Due to the absence of specific clinical symptoms and signs of the disease, early diagnosis is difficult. In recent years, B-ultrasound-guided needle biopsy and the use of fiber endoscopy have helped in the early diagnosis of this disease. With regard to the treatment of gastrointestinal lymphoma, most oncologists advocate the preferred surgical resection, and use a combination of planned surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunization. The clinical pathological staging is the most important factor in many factors affecting the prognosis of the disease.
