目的:探讨老年男性2型糖尿病患者血白细胞雄激素受体(AR)水平变化。方法:2型糖尿病患者15例,均为男性,年龄65～73岁,病程5～12年。健康对照者16例,男性,年龄65-76岁。所有受试者采静脉血后,静脉注射LRH-A II 20μg,2 h后采静脉血送检。白细胞AR测定采用放射配体结合法。血清LH水平测定采用125I标记的放射免疫分析。结果:老年男性2型糖尿
Objective: To investigate the changes of leukocyte androgen receptor (AR) levels in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 15 type 2 diabetic patients were male, aged from 65 to 73 years old, with a course of 5 to 12 years. Health control in 16 cases, males, aged 65-76 years old. All subjects were collected venous blood, intravenous injection of LRH-A II 20μg, 2 h after venous blood was seized. Leukocyte AR assay using radioligand binding assay.
