β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)是体内细胞合成的一种低分子蛋白质,是人体HLA抗原的一个β轻键。正常人β_2-MG的合成率及从细胞上的释放量相当恒定,因此血和尿中β_2-MG的增高。分别反应肾小球滤过功能和肾小管再吸收功能的降低。为了探讨汞、铅接触工人的β_2-MG量,我们作了这方面的初步观察。现将结果报告如下:
β_2-microglobulin (β_2-MG) is a low-molecular-weight protein synthesized by cells in vivo and is a β-light bond of human HLA antigen. Normal human β_2-MG synthesis rate and release from the cells is quite constant, so blood and urine β_2-MG increased. Respectively, glomerular filtration and renal tubular reabsorption decreased. In order to investigate the amount of β_2-MG that mercury and lead exposed to workers, we made preliminary observations in this respect. The results reported below:
